About
Meet Lindsay
I became an occupational therapist in 2011 because I wanted to help children and families build the skills, confidence, and routines they need for everyday life. My pediatric practice focuses on supporting children’s participation in play, learning, self-care, sensory regulation, motor development, and family routines.
I like to work in a calm, practical, and family-centered way—listening first, identifying what is getting in the way, and creating realistic strategies that fit each child, home, and caregiver. I believe progress happens best when therapy feels respectful, encouraging, and connected to real life.
I also continue to value adult practice, especially helping adults regain safety, confidence, and independence in the daily routines that matter most at home.
Outside of therapy
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my daughter, creating, learning, reflecting, or finding small ways to make everyday life feel more peaceful and meaningful. I love creativity, family time, good conversations, and anything that helps people feel more grounded, seen, and supported. I bring that same heart into my therapy work—because I believe care should feel practical, respectful, and deeply human.
