Meet Emily

I am a Board-Certified Pediatric Physical Therapist with over 13 years of years of experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents in leading pediatric hospitals and early intervention settings. I have extensive experience treating children with neurological, developmental, genetic, and orthopedic conditions.

I believe every child has unique strengths and potential. My treatment approach is individualized, play-based, and family-centered, with a focus on helping children build confidence through movement while partnering with families to achieve meaningful, functional goals. My greatest joy is helping children gain the skills and independence they need to participate more fully in the activities they love.

Outside of therapy

I love being outside; hiking and going on adventures with my husband, 3 boys, and puppy around Virginia! I also enjoy running, playing tennis, and a good book!
